All of our massages are customizable to your specific needs.
A brief consultation will take place at the beginning of each treatment. Your therapist will have you fill out a short intake form, and discuss your goals for the upcoming treatment. After the consultation, your therapist will let you know what to expect from your treatment, and then will step out of the massage room and give you space to dress down to your comfort level. All massages are conducted with paraben free massage oil and lotions.

Please arrive five minutes before your appointment begins to insure you have time to use the restroom beforehand. If you are receiving a new treatment please arrive ten minutes early to sign any intake forms needed. We will send you a text prior to your treatment that will highlight what you may need prior to your specific treatment.
