Hi, I am Kendall— Founder of Vous Wellness™.
A SAN DIEGO NATIVE, MASSAGE THERAPIST, YOGA SCULPT INSTRUCTOR AND A CERTIFIED NUTRITION COACH.
My passion for all things wellness began working as a Health and Physical Education Teacher.
The day-to-day stressors of teaching motivated me to look for outlets that promoted peace, and found that massage and yoga did wonders for my chronic anxiety.
I dedicated the next year and a half of my life to studying massage therapy, and nutrition, and found that making small conscious changes to improve one's health really can change your life. My passion for bringing this work to others continued to grow which ultimately led me to opening Vous Wellness™, to inspire and hold space for you to take care of vous.
When I am not destressing the world, you can find me cooking Mediterranean dishes, listening to a few favorite podcasts, drinking copious amounts of coffee with my husband, and laughing like a lunatic with best friends.
